At present due to COVID situation we are following NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGE.

We at Koovs know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 199/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1199/-.
• In case of partial cancellation by customer if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount , theshantee.in reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 199/-.
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

theshantee.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The firm will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.In case of partial cancellation by customer if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount , theshantee.in reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 199/-.

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

• To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
• C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
• Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the product is open, do not accept the order.
• No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

• Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
• Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
• Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
• theshantee.in reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
• Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at theshantee.in. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
• Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion theshantee.in.
